Fantastic experience shopping with Passenger, simple ordering, useful size guide, delivered on time. I ordered the Kinsey recycled jacket as I am always cold, it is perfect. I usually order a small but went for the medium in order to add additional layers underneath when needed. I'm glad that I did as the inside toggle to adjust the waist gives the coat a great shape without then feeling too bulky.

Loved the fabric textute and colour, fit was standard, Medium fit me. I found the jacket a little heavy with the fleecy lining and there wasn’t enough pockets and no closures on them at all.

I love this jacket so much! I initially ordered size M, but it felt a bit too big on me — size S is perfect.
For reference, I usually wear size 10–12 (91×74×96 cm). I’m not a fan of oversized fits, but I also don’t like going too small. I want to feel comfortable and free to move, and this size works beautifully.
I live in Ukraine, and this winter is very harsh (–20 to –30°C). With the ongoing war, there are sometimes electricity and heating issues, and this jacket has truly been a lifesaver — warm, reliable, and comforting when it really matters.

I got this on sale last year for Christmas and have worn it so much this winter, great length, easy to move in, great for walking the dog and school run, my only issue is that I’m 5ft 8in and I have a S which is great everywhere except in the length of the arms which if they were an inch longer would be perfect! I know what someone else picked up about the pockets as well, just two on the sides and they are quite shallow so I have had things drop out of them when getting a treat out for the dog or getting my keys out etc. I very rarely put a hood up when wearing a jacket but I have occasionally with this one and it’s a bit small. These three things move it from 5 stars to 4 but overall very happy with this jacket and use it a lot!
