Love the colours and a generous sized back pack. It seems very well made. I haven't used it yet but seems to be an excellent quality. I am quite small and it would have been great to be able to slide the chest strap a little lower.

I picked this bag after a lot of research. I wanted a rucksack. that is big enough but doesn't open like a holdall and can still be used like a rucksack. There are plenty of pockets, which is great.
I found it poor that there is very little reviews/information out there about the inside of the bag, the Passenger official video only shows the outside of the bag.
The sternum strap is far too high up, the loop on the shoulder strap they fix it to is actually different from the 26L bag. This is the one big issue I have with this bag. Also, the webbing on the clips also comes loose easily, which could be a problem.
