I ordered the jacket from a local retailer and not directly from Passenger.
With 171 cm, 72 kg and a rather slim build, I assumed that the size S would suit me. Unfortunately, even this size is much too big and XS doesn't exist. Absolutely too wide on the upper body and with far too long sleeves that completely cover my fingers. It's a shame, because the jacket is great: The material feels very high-quality, the cuffs certainly insulate perfectly and with a thicker layered sweater, the jacket would have kept me warm through the dead of winter. The pockets are sensibly attached and the fleece incorporated there is great for cold hands.
@Passenger: Expand the range to include size XS and I would order right away!

First time buyer, very fast dispatch and delivery.
Garment feels excellent quality fabrics and construction. Good sizing. Love the inset fabric cuff for close fit on the wrist and no drafty sleeves. Not worn in deep cold yet but by all accounts the insulation and warmth indicate it will be everything I'd hope for.

The measurements that I've taken based on guidelines were between xl and xxl, the parka arrived are a bit oversized for me, however I'm not sure that xl option would be better. Overall, Im satisfied. And super super fast delivery, thank you!
