The backpack is great, but it has a flaw if you want to carry heavy things. I bought it to carry my computer and I have regular shoulder pain. Is there an abdominal belt that can be added to shift the load on the hips and relieve the shoulders?

I needed a bag for days out with my toddler that will keep all the essentials such as packed lunch, fleece, coat, hat, snacks, first aid kit, the odd toy and book. This bag has plenty of room, I love that there is a side zip to get into the back quickly, there are two drinks bottle holders and lots of pockets with an internal zip pocket too. Great bag, I wouldn’t have paid full price for it but got one on offer so great value.
